Nourishing Montgomery County: A Celebration of the Local Food System

‘Nourishing Montgomery County: A Celebration of the Local Food System.’ is a community event designed to educate Montgomery County residents on the important work happening in our regional food system by showcasing the stakeholders committed to creating an equitable food environment for all.

We will feature the different components that make up the food system, which include production and growing, nutrition and consumption, processing and delivery, and waste.

We’ll have over 25 vendors joining us, food trucks, a game show and cooking demonstrations, and a shuttle to and from the 2^nd Street Market.

We hope you will join us as we bring together individuals from every corner of the county to learn their important role in our local food system.
