consists of 19 members and the venue is run by a staff of four full-time employees. April Mescher Chairs the board.
Abbey Brown is the Director of Operations at the Levitt Pavilion Dayton. She attended Wright State University and holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Development.
Abbey was born and raised in Dayton and is an avid music lover and concert-goer. Being a part of the Levitt Pavilion team has afforded her the opportunity to combine her love of music with the ability to make a difference in her community.
Lisa Wagner is the Executive Director for the Levitt Pavilion Dayton, hired in 2017 to build and lead the non-profit organization with the mission of building community through the power of music, one free concert at a time. Previously, Lisa spent 15 years working for the Victoria Theatre Association, as the Vice President of Ticketing and Hospitality.
Lisa attended Miami University and she holds a certificate in Strategic Leadership for Non-Profits from the University of Pennsylvania and she completed the Senior Management Institute in a joint program with National Arts Strategies and University of Michigan.
Director of Marketing and Communications
Madeline Hart is the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Levitt Pavilion Dayton. They have their Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Murray State University and have called Dayton home for over 6 years now. They have been with the Levitt Pavilion since it opened in 2018 and love seeing people connect through the power of music. In their free time Madeline sings with the Dayton Bach Society, loves riding their bike on Dayton’s incredible bike trails, playing tabletop RPGs, and creating art.
Director of Community Relations and Partnerships
Phill Hoffheimer is the Director of Community Relations and Partnerships at the Levitt Pavilion Dayton. He graduated from Wright State University with his MBA in 2011. Before coming to the Levitt, for the past 6 years he has served as a Lead Foster Parent Recruiter where he partnered with agencies in and around the Miami Valley raising awareness about the need for foster parents. Phil grew up in Cincinnati but moved to Dayton for college. After meeting is wife, they decided to stay in Dayton to raise their family. Phil and his wife enjoy visiting all of the wonderful parks, museums and arts organizations that Dayton has to offer.
